Canterbury Baptist Church is situated close to the city centre, just off the ring road, near the central bus station and in walking distance from both the Canterbury East and Canterbury West railway stations. Our buildings are opposite Waitrose.
Parking & Public Transport
If you’re visiting us on a Sunday by car, you can park for free at Ersham Road or St Augustine’s Road, or Holman’s Meadow and Longport Car Park are the closest paid options. Canterbury ‘Park and Ride’ buses run every 7-8 minutes from Wincheap and New Dover Road to Canterbury Bus Station, which is just a short 5 minute walk away.
Disabled Access/Facilities
The church itself has disabled access, with a flat entrance-way and a lift to take you to the Upper Hall (worship space) and the Lower Hall.
