Internships are just one way we are committed to welcoming and training those people we have right now, for the future of the worshipping Church. Growing in our faith is important, and sometimes it’s useful to be intentional in providing discipleship for those that are especially interested in exploring their gifts. For that reason, we are offering individuals flexible internships built around the lives God has already given them. Programmes are designed individually for each intern and the skills and calling they possess. However, there is some overlap in how each internship is organised. Each intern will be given a mentor to meet with, who will identify areas of growth and seek to provide guidance to aid development. Theological education will be offered, depending on availability and the length of the internship. The internship can be completed over 1 year, 6 months, or over a shorter term. Full-time and Part-time internships are both possible.
